About The Band

C.K. Baker Band Is a 10-year long project of Carlos K. Baker and Christoph V. Storch.

Carlos and Christoph are currently working on their sophomore album which is expected to be finished in Summer of 2022.

Carlos Baker

Lead singer, bass player, and songwriter Carlos Baker is an American born musician who along with moved to northern Germany in 2009. He considers himself a professional musician, songwriter, and author, having penned the novel SONGS For IVY in 2020 which is available on Amazon. Carlos has written over 50 songs ranging from country to ballads to rock and blues. He writes songs that are filled with raw emotion, many of which deal with his personal, experiences, and struggles with depression. But above all, Carlos says he is most proud if the 4 children that he and his wife have raised.

Christoph V. Storch

Christoph V. Storch is a life long professional touring and studio guitarist based in northwestern Germany. Christoph has played in dozens of projects over his career ranging from rock, jazz, Latin, and everything in between. As the producer of the freshman album from CK Baker Band, he brings a musicality that very much showcases his array of musical influences that include: Steely Dan, Toto, Dire Straits, Robben Ford, Gary Moore, to name just a few. With the vast pallet of options at his finger tips, Christoph can take a song to whatever direction the song wants or needs to go.
